My Chocolate Cake

Hello 3v3ryone ,


Today i'm gonna share about my 1st time making buffday cake for my Hubby and Bro in Law. Oh ya in the same time i have a circumstance which is my oven  is OOO (out of order) heheheh.... My Husband is a very fussy kinda person especially in food wise so this time he wants me to bake a choco cake, so i was a lil blur at d 1st time coz my oven is gone how am i gonna bake a cake!! Lucky i thought of making steam cake! well good idea actually. 

So now I'm gonna share a very simple and easy recipe, 

This are the ingredients you need ;

the measurement are using cup, so make sure that using the same cup for all measurements  ya'll

1 1/4 cup of flour 
1 cup of sugar (castor/brown)
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of evaporated milk 
1 cup of melted butter
4 eggs (make sure room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla essence /extract 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
2-3 tbs of chocolate emulco

Topping 

Half bar of cooking milk chocolate 
half small box of cooking cream
1 tbs of melted butter

Method

Sieve;
Flour, cocoa powder,soda bicarbonate,baking powder together and put  a side

Heat up :
 Sugar, Evaporated milk,butter in a lower heat until it cooked well 

Beat the eggs until well and mix up the heat up ingredients mix it then put in all the sieve flour powder a little by little until it mix well ( i used hand mixture, easy n fast but not too long).

Heat up steamer until the water boils and Gris up the cake tray with butter, 
Pour in the cake mixture into the cake tray and wrap it with aluminium foil (avoid the liquid from getting the cake)

Seam it about an hour (do not open the cake until it cooks). Cool down the cake (for best result rest it for a night)

Topping 
Double boil the chocolate
Pour in the cooking milk and butter once the chocolate is melt
Pour the chocolate on the cake and spread it well 
Optional : can put any nuts like almond/cashew/walnuts .....
